More than 2,500 Torch employees participated, either through the scheduled on-site checkups across our facilities or by visiting external medical institutions according to their personal needs. The Torch Electron Relay Friendship Run kicked off with great enthusiasm at Zihua Park, bringing together employees and invited runners from the Quanzhou Feiyue Team for a dynamic and inspiring sports exchange. As part of our ongoing commitment to promoting a healthy corporate culture and supporting nationwide fitness initiatives, the event created a vibrant stage for teamwork, perseverance, and athletic spirit. From the moment the starting signal sounded, energy surged across the course. Runners from Torch Electron and the Feiyue Team sprinted side by side, pushing their limits with every stride. Each handover of the relay baton symbolized trust, strength, and unity, while every lap reflected determination and speed. Along the sidelines, cheers and encouragement filled the air, turning the entire park into a lively arena of passion and solidarity.   The event concluded with an awards presentation by Mr. Xue Ruibin, Deputy General Manager of Operations, who recognized the outstanding performance of the winning team—marking a perfect finish to an evening filled with excitement, camaraderie, and joy.  This friendly relay exchange with the Feiyue Team not only showcased athletic skill but also deepened mutual friendship, building a meaningful bridge for external engagement through sports. On November 16, in the crisp embrace of autumn, Torch Electron successfully concluded its "Love in Zimou, Walk with Green" environmental charity event, powered by the enthusiastic participation of Torch volunteers. On the day of the event, company volunteers gathered in teams and set off as "eco guardians," hiking along the winding paths of Zimou Mountain. Equipped with cleaning tools, participants removed litter along the trail and focused on several pre-identified waste accumulation spots for targeted cleanup efforts. During the hour-long ascent, the mountain paths were refreshed, and each participant experienced the rewarding sense of personally contributing to the protection of our shared environment. Amid the lush greenery, the vibrant "Torch Red" of their shirts became one of the warmest sights on the autumn mountainside. After reaching the summit, volunteers enjoyed a relaxing tea break. Sitting together in the gentle breeze, they exchanged reflections on environmental protection and shared practical tips for sustainable living. The 13th “Torch Electron Cup Basketball” Tournament concluded with thrilling matches and unforgettable moments. Con el lema "Artesanía en la Enseñanza, Torch Juntos", Torch Electron organizó con éxito un concurso de presentaciones corporativas en el salón de capacitación de la Planta de Condensadores Especiales. El evento se diseñó para promover la presentación actualizada de la empresa y descubrir y formar a empleados talentosos con amplios conocimientos del sector, habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de inspirar al público.Dieciséis participantes de diferentes centros y departamentos compitieron en el mismo escenario. Cada uno realizó una presentación de 10 minutos sobre la empresa, seguida de una sesión de preguntas y respuestas. En el escenario, transformaron la abstracta "historia de la empresa" en una vívida "trayectoria de crecimiento" mediante una lógica clara, un lenguaje atractivo y una presentación apasionada. Durante la sesión de preguntas y respuestas, los concursantes respondieron con confianza y agilidad, demostrando un profundo conocimiento del negocio de la empresa y una gran capacidad de adaptación ante el público.Tras la competición, los jueces ofrecieron retroalimentación basada en los resultados de la puntuación, destacando las fortalezas en la presentación del contenido y la estructura lógica, así como las áreas de mejora. Se anunciaron los ganadores del primer, segundo y tercer premio, y el ganador principal recibió el título de "Presentador de Oro del Departamento". Como iniciativa importante para el desarrollo del talento y la construcción de la cultura corporativa, este concurso sirvió no solo como escenario para mostrar resultados, sino también como un nuevo punto de partida para el crecimiento. En el futuro, Torch Electron perfeccionará la plantilla de presentación estándar basándose en la información recopilada durante el evento, estandarizará el proceso y el contenido de la presentación, y continuará con la capacitación específica para los presentadores seleccionados. Esto permitirá que más empleados se conviertan en narradores de la trayectoria de la empresa y embajadores de la marca Torch.

Recientemente, Torch Electron llevó a cabo con éxito la quinta sesión de capacitación Yellow Belt del Programa de Mejora Lean en el centro de capacitación de la Planta de Condensadores Especiales. Como último curso teórico de este programa, miembros del Equipo de Producción 2 y representantes clave de varios departamentos se reunieron bajo la dirección del experto en Gestión Lean, el Sr. Cai Wang. La capacitación abarcó dos módulos principales: "Pensamiento Científico para la Resolución de Problemas e Informe A3" y "Análisis Modal de Fallos y Efectos (FMEA)", sentando así una base sólida para la siguiente etapa práctica del proyecto.Durante la capacitación, el Sr. Cai estructuró la enseñanza en torno a la aplicación práctica de herramientas Lean. El primer curso se centró en la resolución estructurada de problemas. Mediante la introducción de la lógica y los métodos del informe A3, los participantes aprendieron los pasos estandarizados para la definición de problemas, el análisis de la causa raíz y la planificación de la implementación. El segundo curso se centró en la herramienta FMEA, interpretando sistemáticamente aspectos clave como la identificación de riesgos, la evaluación de prioridades y las medidas preventivas, ayudando a los participantes a mejorar la anticipación de riesgos y el control de procesos. La sesión también integró estudios de casos y debates interactivos para garantizar que el conocimiento teórico esté estrechamente vinculado con escenarios de trabajo del mundo real. Esta capacitación marca la exitosa conclusión de la fase de aprendizaje teórico del Programa de Mejora Lean de Torch. En adelante, Torch Electron seguirá invitando al Sr. Cai para brindar coaching exhaustivo en proyectos, guiando a los participantes en la aplicación de las herramientas aprendidas en proyectos de mejora reales e impulsando la transformación de la teoría en resultados tangibles.
